Shipping to Canada and the USA
Shipments can be made using Canada Post, UPS or FedEx. Prices will vary depending on size and weight of package and region being shipped to and ship times. You will choose your shipping options at checkout.
International Shipments
International shipments are made via Canada Post, UPS & FedEx. Prices will vary depending on size and weight of package and region being shipped to and ship times. You will choose your shipping options at checkout.
Duties
Shipments outside of Canada may be subject to customs duties. These costs are the responsibility of the customer. However, we do cover all duties and tariffs for orders going into the US.
Order Status
You will receive two e-mails from us once you place your order and provide a valid e-mail address. 1) Confirmation that we have received your order within 24 hours. 2) Confirmation that your order has shipped and you have been charged.
Change in Order Status: there may be times when an item you have ordered is out of stock. If this is the case, we will notify you. You will not be charged for that item.
Returns and Exchanges
Chromag will happily accept unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise for return or exchange within 30 days of purchase. Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment. Any shipping fees associated with making returns or exchanges are the responsibility of the customer and will not be refunded.
Please contact orders@chromagbikes.com with your order info to request a return.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@chromagbikes.com.
Sale Items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@chromagbikes.com and send your item to: Chromag Bikes, #4 - 1220 Alpha Lake Rd, Whistler BC V8E 0H7, Canada.
Note
Orders placed on a Thursday will be shipped the following Monday.
